Well, not exactly but simkits.com designed circuit breakers that use a relay to let the breaker 'pop' out. They even got a pdf describing how it is built. See here: http://www.simkits.com/product.php?prodid=235 (-- Manuel)
Their idea is actually very clever - basically most common relays have a top metal lid that, when the relay connects, is pulled down with the coil thingy to make contact. Now, on the particular model of relay they use, the lid is used as a "trigger" - the circuit breaker has a notch that is "loaded" against the relay "lid" and keeps the breaker down. When the relay connects, the lid pulls down and the notch slips free, and a spring pops the circuit breaker out.
