From here is what I made:
I haven't got my glue-gun here so I can't finish it. Also I haven't got the legends printed. This last picture was a test to see if I got the size of the print right. Also it needs black paint. I got aprox 0.3mm between the inner hat and the outer profile so I still got space for paint.
(ps, this is not the right legend, this is just a try-out!)
